1) Friends and family (obvious I know)
2) I can go and watch Bolton Wanderers
3) Village Cricket
4) I can play golf for a lot less than in Spain...

Costa Esuri is quite a way out from the nearest town (Ayemonte), certainly not walking distance. In terms of a holiday season, then it is about 8 weeks in the Summer in Isla Canela (nearest beaches)....
