From what I understand you cannot secure a long term rental without first inspecting it. I would go for a furnished place first and then have a look around.

I think some EA just put the standard no pets, but when asked they may allow - I run holiday homes and we say no pets but some of the owners will allow if they stay outside

We have them on an house we have just moved into, I dont know if its normal but yes they rattle. During the night if they rattle they scare my little girl (she thinks someone is trying to get in) ...

Both my girls go and I have no complaints about it.

Bulter is hardly any distance at all from the school, wouldn t take anymore than 5 mintues to drive it

Not in the police force but have helped many police officers with accommodation and saw your bit about Broome. Thought I would just say I love Broome, went there again for a hol in September....
