I thought applying for any visa, 444 and eta included ,wouldnt cancel the 175.
there is no reason getting 444 not to cancel but any other to cancel 175.
there must be logic in it.

u have no clue.
I was in a similar situation but from Nz.
so 444 visa didnt cancel the 175 visa .
why ETA would?

u can go there on ETA get any job offer, rent a house and u chances are very high.

didn't know the midrate .
I had 15000 and even after I paid hsbc 20$ transfer fee as apposed to the fee free transferof oz I still ended with around 280 more than what those guy were going to give...

alot of the fruit picking places provides accommodation so if you just buy a car would do it.
I used to pick all sorts; mostly around Shepparton Victoria and NSW .
you don't have to be very fit...

you will get 2 year pr on arrival ,after 2 years here you can get indefinite one, after5 years can apply for NZ citizenship.
your Oz visa expires after 5 years but if you return and have work an/or...

you need to have lived in Oz for 104 weeks( combined is fine) before you can get newstart (unemployment) ,austady ,rent assistance ...

I was given papers to say that you need to fulfill 1 of 4 requirements .
They are maybe not available anywhere but they gave them to me when I went to DIAC .
