Default UK Podiatrist thinking of emigrating

Hi, I'm a UK qualified Podiatrist 36 years old with 6 years experience thinking about emigrating to OZ. can anyone offer advice about what the job prospects are in different areas, what the pay is like working conditions etc I would be coming on my own with my son who is 12 years old.

Thanks

Look on seek .Not very good in the big cities ,expect around 60-70000$ or less in a big city working for someone
too many graduates every year , around 250 ,looking for work and there are not that many jobs .
Only come if you find work I would think.
Nz is the same
