You must remember, there's/was a massive culture among aussies here of multiple property ownership in Perth, a lot of them cashed in during last year's boom and have made a serious amount of money...

I think you could realistically do better than that as well imho, there's a house that was on the market near us for 600k 6 months ago that they're struggling to offload at 500 ow and it's brand...

Of course, I work for a load of dings who've just done it in that area, and it sold.......500sqm over 2 floors, a pool etc, no dramas.....

I think you would pull it down, pay no more than $1,050,000, invest $450,000 in the whole construction process and walk away with $200,000+, sounds like a good year's work to me
