Hey, I'd pay $1.2m for a stunning view of a leccy pole too!

I don't know what frustrates me more - that I didn't buy in 2005, that agents can tout this bullsh!t or that buyers lap it up...

OMG, just looked at the link...
I'm shocked. That's an obscene price for a place with what looks like an incredibly outdated kitchen and tiny plot of land.

I didnt know powerlines and Telephone wires were so sought after. I hope the estate agent who comes to value my house in Scotland bears this in mind.

Its got a great view over Ikea though - I'd buy it!
I can't believe the price they are asking for that, it only has 786 sqm or something and they are selling it as a puller downer - that is unbelievable!! Glad we moved to Adelaide now.

I don't know...Adelaide for one looks very reasonable compared to Perth, and Brisbane. I'm not saying that you don't get expensive areas but surely they are better value than the link that was provided?
