Due to the subdued housing market and the fact we need to validate visas anyway, we are looking at shipping everything out and leaving house in the hands of a lawyer and the estate agents...

e-mailed CO on 15th June, their reply stated all documents received, waiting for internal checks...

We used bank manager (brother in law) with some extras signed at a local solicitors (£5 for first document, then 50p per copy).

Do they count visas issued to the total number in the application ?

ie a family of four count as 4 visas granted or only the main applicant is counted in the visa issues?...
