We have Ducted Gas heating in our house, No radiors, it comes through vents in the ceiling just like the airconditioning. It's great, the only downside is that you can't set a timer for it to come...

We've now sold again (subject to contract) for the second time this year. Fingers crossed it'll all go through OK this time, hoping that the news yesterday that the house prices are set to rise...

We've had our house on the market Since January 05. Got a buyer in March, took it off the market for him and he pulled out in April when he decided he couldnt afford it after all !! Put it back on...
