I hope things improve in Dubai, it was such a good place to be 2004-2013, though we were very fortunate to stay employed through the messy years.

2008 was a pretty wild time. So many friends got sent home from Dubai. And even stranger, there were suddenly ample parking spaces at every mall. Imagine!!

Looking for a studio near any metro station for 6000/AED per month, or less.
Ideally with no deposit to deal with.

I don't drive, but the Dubai Metro is near the flat, and my office and my wife's office. Traffic and driving in general in Dubai isn't great.

It may seem high but other 1br had worse views and higher prices.
