Yes, you need to find a UK proxy just for that request, and that is why I am suggesting FoxyProxy as it allows you to configure proxies based on the URL requested. Do a search for UK Proxy in google...

I have found a way to view the BBC iPlayer without having to set a proxy in your web browser. Been catching up with Eastenders this morning. I am not sure of the legalities of it all though.

Heres what i did. Filled out the form, enclosed SAE and cheque for 38AUD and sent, received it back in under 2 weeks. Mind you I am in Australia, so not sure how to pay for it outside of Australia.
