Im at the same stage as you are, give them a ring and see what they say to you. We apply for the test up here on the Sunny Coast then the citizenship results etc take the time at Brisbane.

I rang through a couple of weeks ago to ask the same question and they said after completing the test can take 3-4 months!! I nearly fell off my chair! that was for Brisbane too.

Dependant Child >18 <25

We are looking to put in an application for my son who is >18 and onshore. Does anyone know how long the child migration visa is taking to process at the moment?

We used Ian too - the mara number of agents shows how long they have been registered - Ians is one of the longest agents around. He knows exactly whats what due to his experience. Definately...

One thing I liked about Suncorp is that the no claims is in place forever, that was a big plus for me too when I was ringing round.

I totally agree Scuba, Youi have been great with us too. One I would have recommended. They were also the cheapest and were great to deal with. It is funny how it can be different for people.

Hi Dawn, we also live Mountain Creek and as Kevin says its a great place to live. We have lived here for almost 3 years and have really enjoyed being 5 mins drive from the beach and round the corner...

I can only speak for the Sunshine Coast. The lifestyle is great - living 5 mins drive from the beach doesnt cost anything and its a great place to bring up kids. However, the downside is finding work...

we settled in Mountain Creek on the Sunshine Coast, I sooo remember the looong wait only too well. Give us another couple of weeks and we are getting under way with our citizenship stuff.
