Today is the D'DAY, and seems bad news on the way for some.

actually i don't have any access to new SOL List but i think civil engineering will be in new list it's hard but we should wait about 8 hours for government announcement !

im just hoping that cabinet maker will still be on it, as i have been told that their is a possibility that it will not.

I dont think so! they are nor trustful! they were supposed to annouce it in APR but did not

It is still a bit unclear, but there are some sub categories with this ANZSCO code. So be sure to check, in case your profession is not clearly on the list, but is very closely related.

What about existing skill assessment ? Is there a conversion table somewhere ?
previous IT occupations assessments are going to be a mess...

Default Queries regarding new SOL
Hi,
I have seen the new list. There is
261312 Developer programmer
261313 Software engineer

Which can belong to my profession. But I am a .net specialist and Also have ACS Approval on 2231-79(.Net Specialist).

First thing to ask is can I claim my profession under above categories? Second question is whether my ACS Letter is still valid? and can i apply based on the the current ACS Letter.

Please advice.
