I'm off in March and just signed the house over to the wife, a very easy process with our brief. Its a standard form giving power of attorney to her over all matters, not just the house....

Dont panic, my lot did a "certificate of service". I think he would have had something simular when he moved up North. Available from personnel dept.

Doh! Sorry about the fax thing. I send stuff out to a mate in Sydney on a regular basis. Usually takes about four days (both parcels and letters) even over the Christmas period.
