Actually the 55 points for Manitoba is under the Provincial Nominee scheme but you have to have a valid job offer and they are apparently way oversubscribed at the moment.

Andrew, is it possible to give an idea what a "perfectly prepared and strongly presented application package" would typically include in the case of an independant skilled worker application.
