Thats the problem We are both 47, and that is what i thought we would have to be nominated by an emplyer which would mean I would have to remain in nursing for a while and I can not be sure that...

Yes we were actually looking at both. We have over 300,000 Canadian dollars for property, and have seen some suitable, but not in flesh and that could be a whole different ball...
