No, but you can be a member of a mosque and whilst sharing the same religious culture you can also have members of different languages, traits and customs therefore mosques CAN be multi-cultural.

We got snowed out playing golf about 6 weeks ago in Madden (about 40 clicks north). They forecasted sunny periods with cloud and about 15. A couple of lads turned up...
