Not sure on that one, but I know I was tested for absolutely everything (came on a Spouse Visa) so I think it might be routine that they test you for the lot anyway.

I had my meds done at Queensway Surgery, no problems at all. I had an old guy (could have been Dr Watkins but don't quote me on it). Apart from frowning upon my 2 tattoo's (I blamed his age!)...

I was told it's against the law to apply for 2 TFN's.
You need to contact the Tax Office & they will trace you back. I had one back in 2000 & they found it ok.
