Deadlines seem to be getting later and later! Same thing happened with being informed of entrance exam. The info we have states that interviews will take place from 20th Jan to 20th Feb- surely...

Hi Marty, the minimum you require is Permanent Residency. Each state has its own website which will give you all the info on entrance requirements etc.
