If your existing salary is higher or at the top of the range of the grade you are being hired into, I dont think there is much they can do except raise the job title to a grade 6 for example. I...

Is a lead not Grade 5? I thought specialist was Grade 3-4. We had people in our team get promoted from specialist to lead.

In my experience, yes, it can do. Don't forget your bonus is also based on your salary. People coming from UK and the rest of Europe come in on very low salaries. People coming from jobs in...

This seems a bit ridiculous. I have never heard of anyone being made to do that before. I would request a Friday flight LHR to Riyadh/Jeddah, stay in hotel then get the Riyadh/Jeddah flight to NEOM...

Fom what others have said, it might be on the lower end of the scale, with rumours senior manager starting on 80k and directors starting on 100k.

Grade 7 is only a manager position though so...

Yes, Aqaba is full of NEOM people every weekend and there is car pooling whatsapp and telegram groups where you can share rides etc. The buses stopped because apparently the local taxi drivers...

There are salary bands for each position, so your salary shouldnt be below the minimum for your salary grade. Thats how i understand it anyway, in reality it may not work like that.

NC1 is full and they havent started building any new cabins yet. They have expanded NC2 by approx. 700 units so there is nobody going to hotels recently as far as I am aware.

Yes, its paid in full. Not sure on exact amount for annual flight allowance but it more than covers it.
