Just be patient with the process. I interviewed at the beginning of February and arrive in NEOM this week. Of course Ramadan was in the middle of it so I’m sure that slowed the process down.

I interviewed with a tie on and a sport coat (at 5:00 AM in the morning
). They did ask me to have my camera on so keep that in mind with your background.
It’s business casual (like someone else said) and I think everyone on the call was just wearing a colored dress shirt.
Just be patient with the process. I interviewed at the beginning of February and arrive in NEOM this week. Of course Ramadan was in the middle of it so I’m sure that slowed the process down.

in some cases people will be invited for interview/due diligence visit. This should all be covered by the company I believe. Depending on the level, chino and shirt would be sufficient, or you could wear a suit depending who you're meeting with. Either way I don't think it will be that important, they're likely inviting you to judge suitability and fit for the position to save any surprises.
