my experience of the PIF is the all in number for base, housing and transport is determined based on your current base salary. The uplift in my experience is a range of 20-40%.

I used to work at another SWF in the UAE. VPs were being paid 60k to 80k AED per month (that included housing). Child care was additional but probably covered 50-75% for a british or American school....
