Re: Goods to Follow List Procedure Following Previous Soft Landing

It doesn't look like we can guarantee catching the connecting flight as we would only have a maximum of say an hour (that's if the first flight is on time) so what about if we were to arrive normally...

Re: Goods to Follow List Procedure Following Previous Soft Landing

They have given more than 7 days notice and changed the time by less than 3 hours so apparently that's fine!

Re: Pensioner wanting to move to Canada

Your age as they say is just a number, I know basket cases who are in their 40s and people who run marathons in their 70s!

Re: Price of building / diy materials in Canada

[QUOTE=Former Lancastrian;13171986]Yes CBSA would collect GST & PST. You would have to check with the State where you bought the goods to see if they can/will rebate their State Tax. Some do and some...

Re: "High School Diploma" UK Equivalence - is there one?

As per my original post the education level of "high school diploma" is what is being assessed in this case and WES's guidance is basically send them everything you did at high school.

Re: "High School Diploma" UK Equivalence - is there one?

You will defiantly think so if you go for an assessment! I found the whole thing to be an absolute pain. Applying to WES and paying the $150 fee is the simple and cheap part. The way it works is you...
