I have one other issue... we have 2 cats that can only fly over when we actually move .. between Late October thru early April because of the heat embargo by all Airlines. So we couldn’t move except...

There is currently a 14 day mandatory quarantine when entering the US from the U.K.
I can not with my illnesses take any chances or risks.

If we did fly over we could do nothing to sort anything...

He did receive his LDN etc in January, he then did his D-260 online ..we had originally planned on moving around April but because it just wasn’t enough time to get Medical and get interview.. then...

We are aware of the 6 month medical time frame... we were going to do that and the interview prior to moving but virus stopped us...

My husbands I-130 was approved on Dec 28th 2019.
We had intended to move back to TX around April this year but virus ruined that.. we are now planning to hopefullly move back between Nov 2020...

Didn’t the London US Embassy stop excepting the I-130‘S as of the end of March anyways.. now the I-130 has to be sent to the USCIS In the states to be approved and then sent back to London for...

I’m USC husband UKC... he is filling out the DS-260 and there is a question that asked has he ever been issued a Visa.... he was. Permanent Resident from 1999 to 2012 as a US spousal Visa...so he was...
