A) his 864 is all that husband needs

Husband just had his medical last week. He got caught up on all his jabs via GPs office before the appointment. Afterwards the nurse just printed exactly what you said - his record from their system....

Update for the thread. I submitted 2 transcript requests online to IRS website on 22 July. I received them in the mail in the UK on 9 August. So slightly less than 3 weeks.
