Just updating: I called the RCMP in Ottawa and they said it was mailed to CIC in Vancouver on May 25 but the Vancouver office said they've not yet received it.

Thanks, I checked my email/spam but didn't get anything. I checked online and a few people mentioned they had to get fingerprints done, via a letter in the post. I'm not sure if thats it?
