Landed

I landed through Niagra Falls today. In Toronto for a little while. Landed driving a two way rental car. No questions were asked about the car or proof of funds.

Only regarding the invitation letter. I have once used a scanned and emailed letter. Even the proof residence(PR card) was scanned and emailed to me. No problems at all.

I went in person for visa stamping. Those are the only items you get. I don't think you should fillout anything. The officer is supposed to do it during landing. They will take you photo for the PR...

I think the figure is 10,000 in both US and Canadian Dollars. So, you will have to declare that you have more than $10,000 CND at the Canadian side if you are taking $10,000 USD.

Sorry to hear about this. It would definitely help if you include a letter to the FBI with your fingerprints(and the correct check) stating that you need the results back in say, 4-6 weeks...
