A great experience. I have only done 2 years. Many stay longer but for me it has made the heart grow fonder of the UK for all it's failings. There is good and bad points but that is the same...

You can save about 2K CI a month based on what you say as long as you,are frugal, don't mind not eating out with friends more than once every two months, can cook, don't drink more than a reasonable...

It is expensive and being a Yorkshireman it has taken ages to adjust. Punnet of mushrooms, Aldi 80p here $2.89. A meal out in a chain pub in the UK, £12 a head, here that gets you a glass of wine....
