I applied for NNAS Jan 2018, a whole lotta time passed with them telling me they couldn't give me a time frame for results. I then sat the SLA/OA via NCAS for BC...

You generally start relief/part time until your face fits/ can be apply as an internal applicant and the longer you have been there the more likely you are to get the job.
