If you want to work in real estate sales you don't really need any Spanish and there's always vacancies on the coasts.

Wonder why there are are so many vacancies for real estate sale....hmmmm....?...

Mitzyboy is right, when you complete on a property you also "buy" the debts linked to that propery. You need to get this sorted before you complete otherwise you'll actually end up paying it...

I am really curios as to how iberhomes are able to sell property successfully. They don't appear to get much traffic and don't seem to rank for anything.:confused_smile:

We live in Manilva which is about 10 minutes from Estepona.

We really like Estepona, they done it up really well over the past couple of years. The town centre is nice with plenty of shops...

I'm afraid that statement is wrong. Smaller sites are CONSIDERABLY easier to rank in Google than larger sites. A small website can rank well in Google after just 3 - 5 days. Large sites can rank...
