Well I love living right on the edge of Punta prima. All the amenities. Supermarket and 24 hour English speaking pharmacy and hospital close. Also sea, bars and restaurants. A couple of minutes walk....

Ps just want to say I came from 2 miles from Harry RedKnap in Sandbanks. And love this area. And can afford it it unlike Sandbanks in Dorset.

been to Torrevieja today. Along the front on the promenade.... sorry saw nothing poor at all..certainly not the prices at all. Think it was opposite just saw a lot of people eating very expensive...

If retired you can take your EHIC to the clinic and get a temporary SIP card lasts for 6 months get your pescription at reduced price but can get them free in some areas now. But only for 6 months....

Either is fine. Just arrange somewhere near you to meet or in Playa flamenca. I would say the Irish dubliner or Rockys in playa flamenca. That's an easy meeting place it seems.let us know? X

Since when did they pay for glasses for pensioners in uk. Unless your on benefits. Or under 16. They don't. But specsavers do a discount for the over 65s in Uk so assume they will do the same here....

Cheers! Yes our rent is all inclusive of all bills even Internet and English TV. So should not be a problem if we run oil heaters. May need to pick up some second hand ones ourselves though? Not sure...

Sorry was going to say what are looking for? We are retiring as know in our mid Sixties so it has to be a home for life. Would consider a garden apartment if it was really nice and residential area....

We are looking for a detached or semi. With 2/3 bed and bathrooms, preferably single storey property's and modern and easy to maintain. Use of a swimming pool. Off road parking. Flat walking distance...
