I agree. Most of purchases are successful, normal. Just it is necessary to be cautious and work with real estate agents/agencies that are of confidence...

As your experience is in Hotel, recreation business you should look for more turistick regions/places in Spain. Like Barcelona (but I would not recomend such big cities for a family with a child)....

In what sense it is better? It is certainly not warmer, as it has strong ocean (which is much colder) influence, the winds are stronger, and there are less sunny days jus more rainy days.
