We live on the Central Coast which is about 1.15 hours from Sydney...its still beachside and commutable to Sydney. We moved here 3 years ago and have a beautiful home in quiet posh...

We live in Terrigal and love it....best of both worlds, beaches , peace wildlife and only 1 hour commute to CBD + property prices are cheaper than Sydney.
