Are there any british musicians here in Sydney
Hi, just landed in Sydney a few days ago from the UK with my wife and squid, just connecting at the moment after getting over the jet lag. I am a pro session drummer and would like to hear from any serious musicians who are based here in Sydney. I am based at Hartly at the moment but should be getting a house in Sydney in the next two weeks as my wife is studying music at Macquarie.Look forward to hearing from some friendly souls. all the best stef.

Hey there
We moved here from Yorkshire 3 years ago and live on Central Coast about 1.15 hrs North of Sydney CBD..Its still beach side and lots of famous musicians live up here it great....we go to live gigs most weekends. My son who is a muso (drums, guitar & vocals) has just started studying Batchelor of Entertainment & Performance majoring in drums at www.jmcacademy.edu.au its nr Central Station. He commutes there on train every day...and is loving it. Its worth a drive to Terrigal just to check out the atmosphere and beaches up here. We are selling our house too if interested? Lol
Good Luck with it all

My son Anthony is arriving on the 13 April. He has completed his B.Mus degree course at Leeds Uni and is looking to start a 2 year conducting course at the Sydney Conservatorium.
He plays piano, clarinet, and sax
