Just like everywhere else in the US it seems - i.e. if you don't get any success at the first MVD go to another - and it invariably works! Oh well....thanks anyway.

My husband's company only employes about 6 people so there is no group policy in force. They restore WWII planes and half of them are over 70 anyway! Steve is the youngest there I think.
