We renewed online and returned them to the uk using nzpost recorded cost around $15, and the new ones were back with us in 5 days, it's a fantastic service

just do it online weve done all 4 of ours and then sent them back to Nz immigration for the visas to be put in new ones, the new UK passport system is a breeze

Crown ended up being the cheapest for us as they took £500 off of what pickfords had quoted x Just play them at their own game and fo with the beat price out of these 2 as they are def the best out...

Completely agree with this x a complete waste of money it isnt a difficult process and a few phone calls to immigration NZ wont cost you anywhere near as much as paying someone to do paperwork which...
