If you send it with a letter explaining you'd like to add it to your partners application and give the GWF reference number they will put it with her other documents.

I only sent about 5 photocopies, they were for my marriage certificate, birth certificate, residence permits for living in china, and my work contract.
All other documents/pages I didn't bother to...

Where have you heard this? I never heard anyone mention a stamped biometrics form before. As long as you handed in your signed application to them, and they took her photo and biometric data then...

Current account is fine, as long as its stayed over your required amount based on having children or not for the whole 6 month period.

It was a Standard submission. I am not in a hurry and didn't want to spend the extra on a priority service when it wasn't necessary.

If you have savings in a bond or fixed rate deposit that doesn't allow transactions, whether or not it can be closed immediately I would suggest...

Its quite confusing.

in the appendix you gave above it says funds can have been transferred from a bond within the 6 month period as long as I can show I had held the funds up to that 6 month...

I thought this because they ask for your intended travel date, but usually they just start the 30 days from when they approve the visa, so I wasn't sure if the intended date to travel had any impact...
