Nebraska DMV Rules K1 to AOS

Just a note of another issue I have come across

I am in Nebraska and the DMV have said the rules have changed that they can only issue a drivers licence where they have 2 forms of documentation...

Thanks for your help guys! I put together another suitcase of stuff (either expensive clothes I'm not wanting to part with) and a bunch of sentimental stuff and we are off to the airport shortly....
