We registered to pick it up. Do they call? Email?
You'll get an e-mail saying your husband's package is ready to be collected from your selected courier location. He'll have to take ID (driving license) to collect it.

You can open the outer envelope to get his passport but don't open the big white one that says "DO NOT OPEN" - fairly self-explanatory

What do we do now???
There is an immigrant fee to pay as well (I think it's $160 or thereabouts). I kind of assumed the instructions for that would be with the packet. My status has just gone to 'Issued'

There is ANOTHER fee?! Okay... I have no idea what that fee is or when or how it needs to be paid.
