If its just a few boxes and not your furniture etc, I have used Seven Seas a couple of times - relatively cheap and certainly easy. The more you ship the cheaper the per box price becomes.

Yes, UK qualifications are respected, and once you have them assessed by nzqa they are acceptable. If you will need a visa (ie are not married to a kiwi or something) check the long term skills...

Agree with previous posters - but electric is about $100 p/month for us in summer - in winter it can be up to $400 p/month, depending on just how cold / damp / miserable we want to be...
