Well said LR. This is what happened in respect of our property. The title deeds
did not reflect the size of the property. In fairness it was the land size, the deeds stated that it was 8 Hectares...

That is the same or similar contract we signed a few months ago for a property near Baza.
Why would you lose your money if you walked away as the contract clearly states the money would be...

That`s another option and one we may well take. We will certainly be considering it as people on the forums suggest this is a good way of getting to know an area etc etc..
