Trying to contact premium bonds people. My mother received a note from them that I requested a check sent to her house. Letter was dated Nov 27 and that they would b sending a check to her address....

My daughter is an American Citizen age 20). I was born in the UK. I did not register her here when she was born. Is she eligible for a British passport?
