Yes, unfortunately I know it's the start of monsoon season, probably won't be in Phuket till the very end of May start of June, hoping that from previous experiences the rain will only fall for 2-3...

Just seen this thread...I love Indian Food but I must admit if prefer Southern Indian Food..i.e Malaysian etc, Pan Asia is my favorite style food, but a combination of the two is great!

When I was in Thailand in 2010 it was 1 pound to 43 or 45 Thai Baht, and have seen rates now at 1 pound to 50 Baht. Going to keep an eye on it and see if it continues.
