Konkani Fish, The ever famous tandoori chicken, chola... peshwari naan, idli dosa (for all those who enjoy the South)... the vastness of the Indian cuisine is only matched by its variety of landscapes :-)

We live in the south so have some amazing dishes on our doorstep, idly, dosai, paratha, poori as well as the traditional south Indian thali. We make a few dishes ourselves, daal and rice and paneer butter masala and look forward to perfecting some more in the near future. Love Indian food!

Hello and welcome to the forum
You're in Chennai....as was Madras? Is it really true that all Madras curry powders are exported and nobody uses the stuff in Chennai? I remember reading that quite some time ago. Wonder if it's true

May be sometimes true, but mostly we use curry powders that are manufactured by ourselves and only 5% of curry powders are exported to others.
