Even if the owners are in serious trouble, it's only after the attack. Never underestimate stupidity - people will start to think (fix the fence) only after that serious trouble.

P.S. Hery's make spray "Zero tice" one version for dogs, other for dog beds and home. That other one I use to spray my jeans before going to possible tick infested places. Works 2 months, so...

Advantix is good against ticks.
