Hi all just to let you know we moved into a fully legal upside down house and are really happy I really did,t think I would end up buying a house through a TV program, we would never had found it...

just to update. all the legal paperwork was completed last week and we move in next week on the 27th.

Can you tell me what tv box I will need to recive uk tv in spain there is satellite dish in the garden which is bigger than a sky dish there is no ariel on the roof.
So I am not sure if I need...

What to expect ?

What do I need to know at the time of signing of contracts at the notary and will I need to pay fees on the day.

Just to give you an update all the legal paperwork is now in place
Ferry booked for the 25th November we sign on the 27th then we will be on our sun beds in the rain can't wait for our new adventure...

This is turning into a tuff one at least I am leaving the
Car in Spain so I can fly back. I must say the drive
From the tunnel sounds a very hard slog I don't want it to turn into a 3 day journey....

But wonder about the day the place in the sun that I took part in was called summer sun. I'll get a load of logs in.

What should I expect from my 1st winter in Spain
In the Tarragona area will it be cold during the day
I am thinking its going to be quite cold at night will we need coats
