Do you know if the road side hotels have 24 hour check in?
Cheers
There are any number of hotels at Poiters it is the area of one of Frances biggest attractions and all the chains have a hotel there so a range of prices and all within 5 mins of the motorway. This is a good stop if you start 50 mules north of London. Closer to Dover and you could stop on the Bordeaux ring road again the same choice of hotels. Across the border and you hit Irun and the Cuidad Burgos is a hotel alongside the motorway. All the hotels we have stayed at have had 24 hr reception

Thanks for the advice I had hope I would have
My date to move in by now but there is a legal problem with
The house which seems to be taking longer to sort out
Than the solicitor said apparently they only got permission to build a
Barn but built a houes instead.

Errr ... yes, you could say that it's going to be a problem. Last time I came across a planning violation like that around here, it took nearly two years to sort out

Sounds so dodgy that I think that I would be pulling out if it was me but then again I am a bit of a coward wth this sort of thing.

Good luck, hope things get ironed out for you.

Now you know why we all said Don't for gods sake use the estate agent's solicitor!
I really hope this works well for you though. The place looked amazing.
