Your company should help you with all these points since they are a multi-national and should be used to helping expats settle.

It doesn't matter if it's a Saudi run company or not. The Labor Office will look at your dispute and act according to the complaint and labor law.

Why did you get a business visa? It should be a work visa. A business visa is just a short term visa (e.g. up to 30 days).

It's normal for the client to ask for the CV's. It won't be an overnight...
