Psycho19, you don't have to bargain for your pay as this is governed by the MECA collective agreement (national terms and conditions), however, you may be able to negotiate on your relocation costs....

Well the interview (a full-on panel thing) went well but they said they have two other people to see and won't be able to tell me anything until the end of next week. Aaargh, I hate all the waiting!
