GP records/ immigration medical
Just wondering...
When you go for your immigration medical, do they have or request your GP records or is it up to you to remember and disclose the relevant things from your medical history?
Thanks for any advice from those who have completed this process.

Its up to you, they dont request your GP records, but if you fail to mention anything that shows up, they will refer it and that could delay the process.

That's great, it's just a question of remembering the dates of things!

when you download the forms, go right through them and list anything as you go, then phone GP and ask for dates, this is what we did - our medicals were a few weeks ago.
