Wow, you would never think that things like that could also happen... tough luck!

you should complain to IELTS authorities why the online verification failed and caused you unnecessary trouble.

How did you gain this citizenship (eg. birth, descent, naturalisation)?

this gives the impression it is expecting a different citizenship for every...

Do you currently have, or have ever had, other passports/travel documents?

My assumption here is that it means other than your current country. because they go on to ask...
